Digital Download No Refund Policy

Gain Empowerment™

All delivered digital download sales are final.

Because digital files cannot be returned and may be retained after delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchased file or download link has been delivered.

This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from our store, including ebooks, PDFs, workbooks, journals, planners, flipbooks, downloadable browser tools, audio, and video files.

Please review before purchasing

Read the product description, included features, file format, and device or software requirements carefully. Change of mind, choosing the wrong product, or not using a delivered product does not qualify for a refund. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether a product meets your needs.

Delivery or file problems

If your download is missing, the wrong file was supplied, a file is damaged or does not function as described, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us through the store. Include your order number and a description of the problem so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Purchases made through Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play Books, or another retailer are governed by that retailer’s applicable policies.
